The Ninja has just left the building!
I've now moved out from the Ninja Hideout, and am residing at Good Heavens! Yes, the exclamation mark is part of the name.
Just for history's sake...
The Ninja Hideout can be found around the right hand side of the Avalon complex, as seen from Villa. #168 is on the ground floor and is accessible from an alley way half way up the rightmost block.

By car
Take the Shoreline exit from 101 and head towards Mountain View. Take the first right after the bridge onto Villa. The apartment complex is about 400 yards on the right hand side -- it's the first apartment block you get too after the office buildings. You can park in any unnumbered spot.
By train
Take the Caltrain to Mountain View. Walk up Castro Street, then go right onto Villa. The Ninja Hideout is 0.5 miles on the right.
By BART, take the BART to Millbrae, then change to Caltrain and head south to Mountain View and follow the instructions above.
By Accident
Should you happen to get lost, phone (650) 386 5840 (Note -- this number changed recently) or (831) 332-7342. Note that the building is a bit of a Faraday cage, so your cellphone (and, for that matter, mine) won't work well, or indeed at all. You might want to turn your phone off so it doesn't eat its battery by jacking up its transmitter power trying to get a signal.
